Advanced Pressure Calibrator
The Advanced Pressure Calibrator is a general purpose, high accuracy pressure calibrator with special features intended to facilitate calibration of mass flow computers. With one internal pressure sensor and an available adapter for external BetaPort-P pressure modules, the possibilities are extensive. In addition, this calibrator has a port to connect a precision RTD probe for the temperature factor calibration required for electronic flow meters (EFMs).
Digital Pressure Calibrator
The DPC Digital Pressure Calibrator has a Dual LCD Display and 3 separate modes: Gauge, Differential and Vacuum. It is a highly accurate, digital calibrator for pneumatic field instrumentation, including valve actuators, P/I transmitters, controllers, gauges, switches, and recorders. It is especially suitable for checking 3 to 15 psi systems. Its dual precision regulators enable output of set and variable pressures to control devices, while the switching manifold allows fast selection among the pressure ports. The unit simultaneously displays pressure and either mA or VDC, and has a built in loop power supply.
Digital Pressure Gauge
The Digital Pressure Gauge provides exceptional
performance with 0.04% of reading accuracy and has temperature
compensated accuracy over 0°C to 50°C. The gauge is available in 20
standard or custom engineering units. Readings are displayed on a
5 1/2 digit, 0.65" high digital display.
Handheld Pressure Callibrator
The BetaGauge 330 hand held pressure calibrator is a small lightweight calibration device that generates pressures up to 150 PSIG using a high performance integrated electric pump.
Modular Pressure Calibrator
The Modular Pressure Calibrator is unmatched by any device in its price range. For the majority of its available ranges, it has a typical pressure accuracy of 0.025% fullscale and an electrical accuracy of ± 0.01%. That makes it four times more precise than the instruments it is used to calibrate, including 0.10% accuracy smart pressure transmitters. Even so, the modular pressure calibrator is priced competitively, with other pressure calibrators. The closest pressure calibration devices more accurate are far more expensive - lab instruments not intended for field use, such as quartz gauges used to calibrate other calibrators. Yet, remarkably, best of class accuracy is but one of the many reasons for specifying the modular pressure calibrator.
Pressure Calibration Gauge
The pressure calibration gauge takes the concept of an analog Test Gauge, and brings it to a new level, as only MARTEL can do. The calibration gauge combines the accuracy of digital technology with the simplicity of an analog gauge, and achieves performance, ease-of-use, and a feature set unmatched in the pressure measurement world. Setup of the pressure calibration gauge is fast and straightforward, through a menu-driven display, with minimal text, and intuitive functions, that is simple enough to allow the digital test gauge to be used anywhere in the world, without the need for multilingual displays.
Pressure Calibrator Modules
The Pressure Modules offer 29 standard ranges, covering gauge, vacuum, absolute, compound, and differential measurements. The calibrator modules are directly compatible with the Modular Pressure Calibrator. With the Model BPPA-100 BETA Port Pressure Adapter, the modules are fully compatible with the multifunction calibrator, process calibrator, lab calibrator, HART Communicator, and the temperature pressure calibrators.
Pressure ranges may be displayed in any of 13 user-selectable units. Water density correction factors of 4°C, 20°C or 60°F can be selected for either water column unit.
Pressure Manometer
The pressure manometer is available in several ranges; 10" H2O, 200" H2O and 30, 100, 300, and 3,000 psi. Operation of these calibrators is made easy through the use of a sealed membrane keypad with simple controls. When combined with a Martel Pump, the Pressure Calibration Kit makes a great package to handle your pneumatic calibration requirements.
Single Sensor Pressure Calibrator
The Single Sensor Pressure Calibrator is a general purpose value oriented pressure calibrator. With one internal pressure range and an available adapter for external BetaPort-P pressure modules, the possibilities are extensive. The available internal sensor ranges are: 1, 5, 30, 100, and 300 PSI. Pressure may be displayed in the user's choice of engineering units.
BetaGauge 321A Temperature Pressure Calibrator
The BetaGauge 321A is a 2 Sensor Pressure Calibrator with 0.025% Full Scale Accuracy. The triple display and its 2 isolated, stainless steel, pressure sensors sets new a standard in custody transfer applications. The calibrator ensures accuracy in field applications with its temperature-compensation, supports all BETA Port-P pressure modules (29 ranges) with its external pressure module connection and its Pt100 RTD input is provided for temperature measurements.
BetaGauge 330 Custody Trasnfer Kits
The BetaGauge 330 Custody Transfer Kits are designed to support the complete calibration of natural gas custody transfer electronic flowmeters and other types of flow computers. With an internal pressure range, external BetaPort-P pressure module interface and a precision RTD probe connection, all of the calibrations required for the flowmeter can be performed with just one instrument.
